We don’t start out by trying to make a great gin. We start out trying to tell a story. Beginning, middle and end.
A core method of pot distilling with a complimentary aspect of vapour and infusion at times. Our 300L pot still Kay, named after our founders Grandma, the beating heart of our story.
Done in small batches, we produce craft gin that is beautifully wild.
It all starts with
We start out by how has it been done and how can we do it. We march to the beat of our own bass and live in what we are doing.
Passionate, bold and a nod to tradition.
We run her and cut the product into three parts, our heads, hearts and tails. Cutting the unique bold flavours in the heart of our run. For our Whiskey we turn our Malted Barley into a clear easy drinking liquid only to put it away to sleep like a bear in winter. Some makes it into a bottle with no age or colour, and we like It that way. Clean and creative.
We could tell you more about what we do and how we do it but why don’t you come to see us instead. Tours & Tastings

OUR ELEMENTS
Double the amount of botanicals, unconventionally dry, unique seasonal citrus as rare as rubys, strong, smokey, spicy. Learned from tradition and untraditional all at the same time.
We know there are a lot of London Dry gins out there. But we aren’t from London. We are from the wild.
Tradition
Booze transcends time. Stories, world leaders, history, booze has been there from the Medieval times to the swinging 60s. Constantly evolving but created from distilling traditions that we use today.
Community
We have always been community first, with people around us drinking our dreams as write our story. We love having our community in and being a part of your stories as well. Our own backyard is our favourite place to hang out.
Pioneer
Writing a new chapter in liquor by pushing the limits of what has come before us. We are creating new things and pushing the limits of what can be put into a category. For us, we learn how it has been done so one-day people can look back on our story and do it different themselves.
Passion
We love what we do. Period. That is as simple as it is. Continuing the legacy or something that is going to last long after we are gone.
