Buckle up, this isn’t your average journey of two people at a bar like booze and wanted to start a distillery. This experience has all the emotions of a rom com with the drama of meltdowns and breakthroughs and guess what, it all comes to life in front of you while you taste our range of spirits led by our Southward team. Let us tell you our story while enjoying some banging cheese and tasting how we do things our way.

DISTILLERY Tasting
Come taste through our range of spirits led by our Southward team. From gin, to vodka and even our young W.S.K.Y, experience our story, taste our spirits and tour our process.
Tastings last for 90 minutes include 5 tastings, distilling tour and a shared platter amongst the group.

Distillery Tour
Visit our distillery and get eyeball deep in what we do. We will take you on a guided distilling tour of the process while you taste our spirits along the way.
Tours last 30 minutes and include the chance to purchase bottles at the end.
Weekly tours are Thursday nights starting at 3:00pm until 6:00pm.
All Thursday tours are free during the month of April.
Blend Your Own Botanicals
Visit our distillery and get eyeball deep in what we do. We will take you on a guided tour of our gin so you can choose your very own style to blend a bottle of your own.
This tastings lasts two hours and includes a guided tasting of our gin, a platter to share with the group, a guided distilling tour and blending your own 500ml bottle to take away.

GIN TASTING
A 90 minute tour and tasting where you will experience the range of Gin Southward has on offer.
From our original bold, Mountain gin featuring a wopping amount of botanicals, to our dry, local seaweed inspired Wave gin. We go off piste with our wild Smoked Rosemary, NZ Blood Orange and a range of other storied gins.
Including a tour of Kay, our still, and our distilling process.
Come visit us for laughs, drinks and a memorable tastings experience.
